A new and progressive dance convention for the mind and body. Additional focus and classes on nourishing and training the mind and soul through neuroscience and meditation – plus learn how to cross train as a dancer (fitness for dancers, yoga, injury prevention).

Tara-Jean Popowich

Tara-Jean Popowich is most known for winning “So you think you can dance Canada” Season 2. Since the show she has been based out of NYC and now Los Angeles. During her time in NYC she was “Carly Rae Jepsen’s” Choreographer and dancer seen on “Jimmy Fallon” and “Live with Kelly”. Most Recently Tara-Jean is a dancer for Nike, Pharrells music video “Happy”, Turn it up American convention tour, choreographer for “So you think you can dance” Ukraine and special guest performer, choreographed and performed for Ballet Africa, IDS instructor in Madrid Spain, yearly performer with “SYTYCD” US All-stars in China, and has been shooting a movie in Scotland, details and premiere announced shortly. Tj has taught throughout Canada and the US, India, Paris, Ukraine, Africa, Italy, Spain, Bahamas, Germany, London, and China . . .

Alex Wong

Alex Wong was born in Canada and began his tap and jazz traning at the age of seven. At age ten, he started his ballet studies with the Goh Ballet Academy in Vancouver, Canada. In 2000, Alex won two Junior World Titles in Tap and Showdance. Awarded with the Royal Academy of Dancing Solo Seal, Alex won the Audience Choice Award and was a Bronze Medallist in the 2003 Genee International Ballet Competition. In 2004, he became the first Canadian to win the Prix de Lausanne competition in Switzerland, and later that year joined the American Ballet Theatre Studio Company . . .
